Our Approach
We offer a range of options to enable you to deliver your programme or project objectives in a way that best suits your organisation and budget. One of our offers is a three-stage structured approach, which can be tailored to provide the most appropriate level of support for your project or programme to be delivered quickly and in the most cost-effective way.
Project Resources
All of our project team members have specific experience with the complex aspects of large-scale projects, allowing us to deliver results to a high standard, and in a relatively short period of time. Our team will always work closely with in-house team members, to provide knowledge transfer throughout the project and to develop their expertise. This will enable them to play an increasing role in later stages of the project as it progresses and will provide good continuity after project closure

Jon Duigenan
Director
Jon has worked in senior leadership roles as a business change specialist since 2005. His astute knowledge and expertise in managing large-scale digital transformation programmes that rely on consequential IT system change have seen him hold several pivotal roles in local government. With over 20 years’ experience in running IT departments at director level after a technical career in infrastructure and service delivery, his combined experience is unique in the marketplace.
Donna Stokes
Director
Donna’s outstanding leadership skills in delivering complex projects in challenging environments has seen her hold senior ERP project management and implementation roles with both private and public sector organisations. ACICM qualified, her specialist skills are proven in delivering from tender to go live, with a track record in transformational change to achieve continuous improvement. Equally, Donna’s significant experience in running corporate finance teams is an exceptional asset.
Esther Sims
PMO Manager
Esther combines an extensive range of project management knowledge and skills across IT and social care sectors. She has worked as project co-ordinator then PMO analyst for Oxford University IT Services, followed by a combined University of Oxford/University of Cambridge programme to replace the research costing and pricing tool. Working in the public sector since 2013 supporting projects that replace social care systems, she also has a Master’s Degree in Nursing specializing in intensive care.
